Bringing the best to our customers

When you choose AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc for your new furnace installation, you can be sure you will receive the services that you have requested. In today’s environment it is far too common to be up-sold or for the quoted price to change once a service tech is at your home. Some larger companies advertise a price for a furnace and air conditioner combination installation that is too small for 99% of the homes in the state of Illinois. Pressured sales and unnecessary products and service is not a sales tactic we subscribe to. AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. prides it’s self in being small enough to handle large tasks, but not too small to impact our friendly customer service. Established in 1999, we continue to grow and service our customers accordingly.

From a complete replacement of your furnace or air conditioning system to the modification of ductwork, rest assured that AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. has invested in the people and the most effective tools to guide you when making the decision about your new Furnace install . Allow us to provide you with the best furnace equipment to fit your home’s comfort.

Our Heating Services

Our Method

AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. does not leave system installations to guess work.. AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. utilizes state-of-the art software to calculate precise system requirements based on your homes design conditions.

We calculate the actual heat that you are loosing from your home during the winter months to properly size your furnace, as well as the actual heat that you are gaining in your home during the summer months to properly size your air conditioner.

Once the calculation is performed, AirMaxx Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Inc. will provide you with a report and a written proposal for your review and approval. As a caution, please be aware that proper sizing of furnaces and air conditioners should not be left up to guessing your home’s square footage divided by 400 to 600 square feet per ton – this is NOT a methodology we use.
